Meet Rebecca

You can wake up and find life has taken an unexpected turn. In my journey,  I found myself there too. I have experienced challenges and needed help to get through them. I have seen counselors, coaches, and mentors for my own personal and spiritual growth, health, and trauma healing.

Helping people with relational trauma is my passion

I love helping women and couples navigate through life’s toughest challenges. I have voluntarily spent 20+ years mentoring, encouraging, and supporting women through church, women groups, bible study, and retreats.

In 2001 I had the opportunity to go back to school to pursue my passion of helping others. During graduate school I began in Wilderness Therapy working with Adolescents and Adults. I then moved into working with severely traumatized individuals, children, and families.

An area of specialty is Partner Betrayal and Couple Restoration. Marital and sexual betrayal is an overwhelming experience — your world has exploded and you are trying to make sense of things. I know, I’ve been there too.

I can help you stabilize, find safety and healing, and then help the two of you work toward restoring the relationship.

I am a licensed clinician in the state of New Mexico. In addition, I am also a Personal Life Coach. I use Biblical principles and values as a compass to healing wounded hearts and discovering the fullness of God’s calling on your life.
